I finished Peace like a River at Lake Powell this past weekend and I didn't want it to end. It has characters that seem very real and I would find myself wondering about their welfare when I wasn't reading. I know I am weird that way but some characters are written so well that I do that. These character were like they were people you could possibly know but never really know. Very interesting. I would give this 4 stars out of 5.

Wild About Books

If anyone has a favorite children's book that they want to share, please post it. This book is one Havyn and I both like to read.

When Librarian Molly McGrew drove her bookmobile into the zoo all the animals went wild simply wild about wonderful books. This story is in rhyme and is funny to read aloud and fun to look at.

I chose Peace Like A River by Leif Enger for the first book. I enjoyed the way it was written and being torn between right, wrong and the gray area in between. Enjoy!
